Relax through the night – without caffeine. Classic Italian espresso blend made from decaffeinated Arabicas. We roast this blend like a normal espresso and thus obtain the whole spectrum of aromas.

For processing: Our green coffee is decaffeinated with CO2 – one of four tried and tested methods. To do this, the coffee is first treated with steam so that the beans swell and open. Then liquid CO2, which binds the caffeine, is added to the beans under high pressure in a container. As soon as the CO2 is saturated, it is removed and the decaffeinated coffee is gently dried.
