Bar Italia – Espresso Blend: The Italian bar is the origin of European coffee culture. It owes this to the espresso machine and its guardian of the Grail, the barista. One can see his attachment to the machine. His inspiration is the audience, every spectator a specialist. In Trieste, we rediscovered an old recipe for the classic espresso blend. In our blend, we resurrect it. With the best green coffees as ingredients, roasted in Trieste style.
Wiener Kaffeehausmischung – Espresso Blend: The Viennese coffee house is a legendary institution - and next to the Italian bar the second place of Central European coffee culture. With the subtle difference that in Vienna one cultivates the most different kinds of preparation. From the 1950s onwards, the espresso machine became established in the coffee house, and the tendency towards milder coffee has remained. The salon coffee among the espressos. We combine it from seven green coffees. The basic blend for the cafetier.
Roasters Pick – Espresso Blend: We experimented a lot with this blend to create a multi-layered, complex espresso. Roasters Pick is, so to speak, the rock musician among our blends. Maybe it's because we originally composed him for a music festival to keep the dance spirits awake. Roasters Pick rocks, you could say.
Pure Origins ORGANIC – Espresso Blend: We have had to try for a long time to put together a classic Italian blend of pure organic coffees. We found what we were looking for. A must in such a blend is Brazilian coffee. We found the Fazenda Nossa Senhora de Fátima, a coffee from the Cerrado region and other excellent farms that have switched to BIO.
Brasil Fazenda Santa Alina – Espresso Single Origin: The Fazenda Santa Alina has been owned by the Da Silva Dias family since 1907. Since 2001 Joaquim da Silva Dias manages and produces an outstanding 100% Bourbon. The farm is located at 1150m to 1400m above sea level in Mogiana, an area ideal for producing speciality coffee. The coffee is pulped natural processed and in the cup develops a full-bodied coffee with an aspect of dried fruits, also apricot, malty to sweet. This coffee is one of the rarest that also unfolds well as a single origin espresso.
